How to Change the Language in Microsoft 365 OWA
- Log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA):
- Open your browser and navigate to https://outlook.office365.com.
- Enter your Microsoft 365 email and password to log in.
- Access Settings:
- In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon (⚙️) to open the settings menu.
- Search for Language Settings:
- In the search bar at the top of the settings menu, type "Language."
- Select Language and time zone from the search results.
- Change Language:
- In the Language and region section, locate the Language dropdown menu.
- Select the desired language from the list.
- (e.g., English (United States) or Español (España))
- Set Time Zone (Optional):
- If needed, adjust the Time Zone dropdown to match your region.
- Save Changes:
- Click Save or OK to apply the new language settings.
- The page may refresh, and OWA will now display in the selected language.
- Verify the Change:
- After the refresh, check if the interface reflects the new language settings.
- If it doesn’t, try logging out and logging back in.
